Orders by Phone

Orders may be placed by Phone by calling our customer service line (813-786-4418) open from 7am EST to 9pm EST from anywhere in the world. Please be sure that all part numbers and quantities, complete name, address, phone number, credit card number with expiration date and shipping instructions are on hand. Your order will be processed by the next working day.

Payment

Domestic retail orders are shipped USPS prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Dealer orders are shipped UPS, USPS, or DHL with the previously listed Credit Cards, Visa. MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used, unless otherwise approved by Jet Skis International. Jet Skis International offers no credit terms.

Dealers presenting a bad check will be placed on a PREPAYMENT Only Status until the problem has cleared. All Florida dealers must furnish Jet Skis International with a completed Florida State Resale Card or the appropriate sales tax will be charged. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current USPS, UPS, or DHL pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.

Standard Fulfillment / Shipping

All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping methods for standard orders is UPS Ground service or USPS Priority. Standard order delivery time is 5-10 business days. In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. If you have a question on availability of a product or need a product sooner, please contact one of our sales representatives at 813-786-4418. UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, UPS Saturday, UPS 3-Day and Federal Express services are available upon request for additional charges. We will be happy to assist in determining the most prompt and efficient way to get your order fulfilled.

Tires, Chemicals, Batteries and Oversized Items are limited to Standard Ground delivery within the Continental U.S. (48 States). Additional shipping fees may apply to Oversized Orders.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

Free Shipping Orders Over $250

Free shipping offer applies only to online orders totaling over $250, using standard fulfillment/shipping method. Offer applies only to domestic shipments within the Continental United States (48 States). Oversized items and/or shipments are excluded from this offer. Dealer orders do not qualify for free shipping.

If your order is oversized and does not qualify for the free shipping offer, you will be contacted by a sales representative with a shipping quote. We will not process your oversized shipment order until we have approval on the shipping quote.

International Orders

International orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order by email or phone, please include your exact shipping address (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will email a quote and a request for payment with instructions.

Backorders

Back orders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from original order date. We will verify, by telephone or email, any back orders held over 30-days before shipping.

Returns

Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.) Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. All sales are final after 20 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned with damaged or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.
