Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Any core parts not returned within 30 days of recieving your order will have a fee assesed from the order of $25 per week, for every week your core is late.

Please include a Core Return Form in your package so we can verify who the core belongs to.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA#).
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

All electronic or electrical parts are not eligible for return.

All decals are special order and do not qualify for returns.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

All Special Order parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. 


Jet Skis International will exchange parts only if: 
The parts were damaged during manufacturing, damaged during shipping (Must file a claim with shipping company/carrier), or the part is defective and not due to the customers negligence. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
