Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Any core parts not returned within 30 days of receiving your order will have a fee assessed from the order of $25 per week, for every week your core is late.

Please include a Core Return Form in your package so we can verify who the core belongs to.

1. Please email sales@jetskisint.com to request a refund and we will assign you an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA#).
2. Mail your returned item to:

     Dover, Fl 33527
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exemptions

  • All electronic or electrical parts are not eligible for return.
  • All special order parts (items not in stock that have to be ordered from the manufacturer / distributor) are not eligible for return.
  • All decals are special order and do not qualify for returns.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

You will be charged a 20% restocking fee even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. 

Exchanges

Jet Skis International will exchange parts only if: 
The parts were damaged during manufacturing, damaged during shipping (Must file a claim with shipping company/carrier), or the part is defective and not due to the customers negligence. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
