Jet Skis International is not obligated to honor any price if the said price is incorrect or inaccurate.  If an item has been listed with incorrect price or product information, we reserve the right to cancel any and all orders for that particular product. In the event you place an order that includes a pricing error, we will contact you to notify you of the error and will inform you of the correct price.  Orders placed by a customer service representative by phone or other means, may not be the same price posted on our site.

Disclaimer of Warranties Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warrantee or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Jet Skis International neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

Order Fulfillment and Processing  We make every effort to process orders the following business day after the order is placed.  Items not in stock or on backorder will not be available for immediate shipping.  Order delivery time is 3-5 business days. There may be situations that delivery time may take longer than 3-5 days, such as when an item is on backorder with the manufacturer. We make every effort to notify you in the event of a delayed shipment.  The listing of an item on our site does not mean the item is available or in stock.  We do not provide a live in-stock status on items listed on our site.  If you have questions about the availability of an item, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Changes to Existing Orders Any changes made to an existing order will result in additional fees.  If you have to cancel your order (either partially or in its entirety) for any reason, you will be recharged a 20% restocking fee (See more info. under Cancellations). This fee will be deducted from your refund.  If you need to add items to an existing order, you will be charged an add-on order fee of $5. The add-on fee will be charged at the time of your order change request.   These fees are necessary to off-set the additional cost we incur.

Acceptance of Orders  The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item, refuse an order, or cancel an order at any time. Examples that may result in the cancellation of your order include but are not limited to backorders by the manufacturer, limited quantities, inaccuracies in pricing, errors in the listing information, problems with your payment, and mismatch delivery address with payment address. Verification of order information including but not limited to name, address, and payment may be required prior to the acceptance of an order.  By placing an order with payment of a credit card, the customer gives authorization for Jet Skis International to contact their financial institution to verify name and address.

Backorder Items  Backorders are from the manufacturer and are beyond our control. If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. Backorders are filled by the order in which they were received. We make every effort to notify you of ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) and backorder statuses. It is imperative you notify us of any changes to the shipping information if you have an item on backorder. Backorders are automatically shipped once the item is received in our warehouse.

Consolidated Shipments  Orders are held until all items are available to ship, including items not in stock or on backorder. Shipping fees are calculated as a single shipment. Split shipments at the customer’s request will require additional shipping fees to be collected.

Carriers  We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, Fed-EX, UPS, and DHL.  Orders may be shipped through any of these carriers and we reserve the right to choose the carrier based on delivery location, delivery time, and order specifics.

Standard Shipping Rates  The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be for your order. This rate is a quote and is subject to change. Please Contact us if you have any problems or need help with shipping.

Standard Fulfillment / Shipping All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Standard order delivery time is 5-10 business days. In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. If you have a question on availability of a product or need a product sooner, please contact one of our sales representatives at 813-413-7544. Tires, Chemicals, Batteries and Oversized Items are limited to Standard Ground delivery within the Continental U.S. (48 States). Additional shipping fees may apply to Oversized Orders. We reserve the right to choose a carrier and shipping method for standard orders based on location, size and weight. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and DHL. Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

Spend $250 or more and get Free Shipping  Offer valid for the contiguous United States only. Free shipping offer does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. Territories.  Size and weight restrictions apply. Oversized or overweight items will not qualify for free shipping and will be subject to additional shipping charges. Order total must be $250 USD before any taxes or fees.  We reserve the right to cancel the free shipping offer at any time. If you qualified for free shipping and returned an item, if the net order amount is less than $250 after the returned item(s) is deducted, we will subtract the costs we incurred to ship your order from your refund.

Oversized & Overweight Items  At the time your order is placed, the shipping price calculated by the system may not reflect the actual cost to ship your order.  Oversized and heavy packages may be held for additional shipping charges.  We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees and/or cancel the order associated with oversized or heavy items, or any other limitations. If this happens, you will be contacted via email or phone with instructions on how to proceed, along with an option to cancel your order.

Shipment Tracking  If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order in the My Account section under your User Account. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. If you think your package has been lost in transit, call customer service. We cannot file a claim on a package prior to expected delivery, or later than 90 days after expected delivery.

Refusal of Packages  If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any fees charged to us.

Orders Shipped to Hotels  If you requested delivery to a hotel and the front desk refuses the package for any reason, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges as well as any charges required to reship the package.

International Shipping  International orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order, please include your exact shipping address with your country & city code. Polaris, Can-am, Ski-Doo, and Sea-Doo products can only be sold and shipped to US addresses. Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are set by each country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, the listed value of the contents, and the classification the merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country. For specific amounts you will want to contact your local postal or customs agent/office. Jet Skis International does not pay VAT or Duties on any order, the purchaser is responsible for the duties of their orders. For products sent internationally, please take note that any manufacturer warranty may not be applicable; manufacturer repair options may not be accessible; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in your country's language; the merchandise may not be made in agreement with your country's standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the merchandise may not obey the guidelines to your country's voltage and other electrical standards. You are accountable for declaring that the merchandise can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Jet Skis International, the recipient is responsible and must conform to all laws and regulations of that country.

Delays in Shipping  We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. However, delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Lost Packages  On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may be lost in transit by the postal carrier. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you contact us for further instructions.

Fraud  Fraudulently reporting that a package was not received or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Holiday Shipping Schedule  We are open on most holidays and will still process orders. However, if the shipping carriers or manufacturers are closed for a holiday, we will not be able to ship or receive orders on those days. Federal US Holidays are as follows: Martin Luther King Day (January 21st), Presidents' Day (3rd Monday in February), Memorial Day (Last Monday in May), Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day (1st Monday in September), Columbus Day (2nd Monday in October), Veteran's Day (November 11th), Thanksgiving (3rd Thursday in November), Christmas Day (December 25th), and New Year's Day (January 1st).

Sales Tax  Applicable sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Payment  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal for payment. Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used, unless otherwise approved by Jet Skis International. Jet Skis International offers no credit terms. Under certain conditions, we may accept checks from Dealers who have an established relationship with us. Dealers presenting a bad check will be placed on a Prepayment Only Status until the problem has cleared.  All Florida dealers must furnish Jet Skis International with a completed Florida State Resale Card or the appropriate sales tax will be charged. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current USPS, UPS, or DHL pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are in addition to the normal shipping charges.

Returns  All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) no exceptions. Do not return any merchandize without contacting us and receiving the return authorization number.  The RA# must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the return package. We do not accept returns on electrical parts, tools, closeout, discontinued, vintage, or special order items under any condition. All sales on electrical parts, tools, or special orders are FINAL. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for returns resulting in an error by Jet Skis International.  Returned items must be unused in resalable condition and complete with any applicable tags, labels, manuals, and original packaging. Returned items are to be free of dents, tears markings of any kind, etc. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. All sales are final after 30 days.  Any item returned to us that does not meet these requirements will be refused by us and returned to you at your expense.  Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping. Shipping cost you paid for your order are non-refundable. If you qualified for the free shipping offer and returned an item, if the net order amount is less than $250 after the returned item(s) is deducted, we will subtract the costs we incurred to ship your order from the refund amount. Therefore, in the event of a return, you will be charged a 20% stocking fee along with any applicable shipping fees.

Cancellations We begin processing orders within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Therefore, most orders cannot be cancelled. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you.  Electrical, Closeout, discontinued, vintage, decals, painted items, and special order items are sold "as-is" and are not cancelable, returnable or exchangeable.

Exchanges We will exchange parts only if: The parts were damaged during manufacturing, damaged during shipping (must file a claim with shipping company/carrier), or the part is defective and not due to the customers negligence. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still be responsible for the return shipping.

Core Return Policy Some of our services require that you send in your core unit for the work to be performed. A core is the used part from your jet ski that we are repairing, replacing or rebuilding.
This program enables us to pass on the savings of remanufactured or reused parts to you. The core return program requires us to maintain an inventory of core parts to be rebuilt. Without your viable core return, we would not be able to offer this valuable service. (A core is the used part from your jet ski that we are repairing, replacing or rebuilding)

When you order a product that requires a core to be returned, you will have 2 options:

1.Mail us your core when you place your order.

2.Pay a core charge upfront and we will reimburse you when we receive the core part.

If you opt to pay the core deposit, you must return the core to us within 30 days to receive a refund of your deposit. If you fail to return the core within 30 days of your purchase, your core deposit will be forfeited.

All cores must be reusable.

Impellers: Must be able to rebuild. Stripped splines will not be accepted as a core. Missing blades will not be accepted as a core. If the threads inside are stripped, it will not be accepted as a core.

 

Impeller Shaft: If it is damaged beyond use (missing threads, broken in half, excessive wear from spun bearings, etc.) we cannot reuse it. It will not be accepted as a good core item and you will be charged for a new impeller shaft. This is not a common problem, but it can occur is some extreme cases. Please call us if you are worried this is your issue.

 

Bolts: If your bolts are broken off in the core unit, you will be charged for removal, new bolt or bolts, and possibly welding and rethreading fees.

 

Stator Cap: The stator cap must accompany your core unit or we will charge you for a new one. The stator cap must be re-useable.

 

Water Jet Stator: This applies only to the '05, '06 '07 F12 ARX1200N3; The water jet stator must be in re-usable condition. No broken off bolts, no cracked housing, no missing fins will be accepted.

Instructions

  • Package your core part securely. Wrap the part in newspaper or similar heavy paper. If available, try to reuse any or all of the packing material your replacement part arrived in. After placing the wrapped part in the box, fill the gaps so that the part CANNOT ROLL AROUND. Severe damage during the shipping process can occur if the part is not properly secured in the package, resulting in an unusable core.
